CHASE is a children's hospice service which provides a network of care to families with life-limited children and young people in SW London, Surrey and Sussex.

CHASE is currently caring for over 250 families with children or young people who are not expected to live to reach adulthood.

CHASE community team members, working throughout the CHASE area, focus on help for the whole family at home and in their community where it is so vital that they receive our sustained support. Families are also welcomed at the CHASE children’s hospice, called Christopher’s, just outside Guildford, Surrey.

Specialist palliative care and practical and emotional support is provided in any way it is needed, 365 days of the year, at no cost to the families themselves. However, CHASE receives minimal, short-term governmental funding. As such, the majority of the £4 million we need to run the service must be raised through general charitable donation and fundraising.
